Last year, Texas A&M University Libraries' OpenEd department launched a data dashboard to track, visualize, and communicate the impact of our OER initiatives across campus. This lightning talk will showcase how the dashboard aggregates data on course adoptions, student savings, and enrollment figures to tell a compelling story about open education's value. We'll share the technical approach, data sources, design decisions, and lessons learned from developing this public-facing tool.
