In unveiling the 2025-2030 Strategic Plan for the Division of Academic Success as CCA, we were presented with 5 “Brave Choices” or goals to focus on. The first Brave Choice is to “embrace ZTC pathways in our top 10 transfer programs and in our 15 highest-enrollment gateway courses.” This seemed like a formidable ask, until we ran the numbers. Sifting through the data, we discovered that CCA a) already has ZTC pathways for 3 degrees, b) we’re making good progress on all the degrees impacted by this goal, and c) 10 out of 15 of the highest-enrolled GT courses are OER! This lightning talk describes the ways the OER team at CCA gathered, sorted through, and distributed this data, showing attendees how they can do the same at their institutions to visualize the progress toward their Open goals.
