2026 Open Education Conference

I’m an Associate Librarian at Midlands Technical College in Columbia, SC, where I focus on digital literacy, open education, and supporting faculty through course redesign. As facilitator of our OER Faculty Learning Community, I collaborate with instructors across disciplines to adopt open textbooks and build engaging, accessible courses in D2L. My background in library science (MS, University of North Texas) includes digital services and instructional design, and I enjoy bringing those skills into faculty partnerships. I’m especially interested in how libraries can champion OER, AI, and instructional technology to improve student success.
